Nobody at Skysmind draws an ordinary paycheck, including the founder. Everything here is voluntary and done for the purpose.
A share, at our discretion
People who join and contribute may receive a share of what Skysmind earns. The amount and timing are the founder's decision. Nothing is guaranteed.
Not employment
Joining is not a job, and this page is not an offer or a contract. If you need a salary, this isn't the right place yet, and that is completely fine.
